Chocolate Mint Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Chocolate Protein Shake
• 1 scoop BeWell Superfood Greens
• 9 fl. oz. unsweetened chocolate almond milk*
• 3–4 drops pure peppermint extract
• 8 raw almonds
• 1 cup water
• 6–8 ice cubes

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
*Substitute with unsweetened chocolate coconut milk, if preferred.

Nutty Apple Cinammon Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 9 fl. oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
• 1/2 sour green apple, sliced
• Dash of ground cinnamon, to taste
• 1 tbsp raw pecans or sliced raw almonds
• 6–8 ice cubes

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
*Substitute with unsweetened coconut milk, if preferred.

Pumpkin Spice Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
• 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
• 1 tbsp pecans
• Dash of pumpkin pie spice, to taste
• 6–8 ice cubes

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
*Substitute with unsweetened coconut milk, if preferred.

Cinna-Bun Protein Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake`
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 9 fl. oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk* • 6–8 ice cubes

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well

Dark Chocolate Cherry Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops of FeelFit Chocolate Protein Shake
• Handful of frozen dark cherries
• 9 fl. oz. water
• Ice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Foster’s Freeze Soft Serve Dessert

Ingredients:
• 1 scoop FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 1 scoop FeelFit Chocolate Protein Shake
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 9 fl. oz. unsweetened almond milk
• Coconut flakes
• Almond slivers

Instructions:
1. Pour both Protein Shake Mixes into blender.
2. Add frozen banana and just enough almond milk to blend. Mixture should be thick and creamy.
3. Top with coconut flakes and almond slivers and eat with a spoon.

Mint Chip Milkshake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 4 fl. oz. coconut milk
• 1/2 cup fresh spinach
• 1 tbsp cacao nibs • 5 leaves fresh mint
• 9 fl. oz. water
• Ice
• ½ banana (if using as a recovery shake)

Peach/Basil Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 4 fl. oz. coconut milk
• 1/2 large ripe peach, chopped (or ½ cup frozen slices) • 3 fresh basil leaves
• 9 fl. oz. water
• Ice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Miami Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1–2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 5 leaves fresh mint
• 2–3 wedges fresh lime
• 1/4 tsp lime zest
• 4 fl. oz. coconut water
• 9 fl. oz. unsweetened almond milk
• Ice cubes

Instructions:
1. Pour Protein Shake Mix into a blender.
2. Add fresh mint leaves.
3. Squeeze in the juice of fresh lime wedges and add lime zest.
4. Pour in coconut water and add a handful of ice.
5. Add almond milk to desired consistency.
6. Blend.

Trip To Thailand

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp crushed fresh ginger

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Chocolate Protein Shake
• 1 scoop BeWell Superfood Greens
• 8 fl. oz. unsweetened chocolate almond milk
• 3–4 drops pure peppermint extract
• 8 raw almonds
• 8 fl. oz. water
• Ice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Strawberry Basil Lemon Protein Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 5 small strawberries (or 3 large strawberries, quartered)

Ingredients:

• 1 scoop Arbonne Essentials Greens Balance
• 1/2 green apple, chopped
• 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
• 17 fl. oz. water
• Ice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

All The Greens Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops FeelFit Vanilla Protein Shake
• 9 fl. oz. unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 green apple, chopped
• 1 handful fresh spinach
• 1 baby cucumber, chopped
• 1 celery stalk, chopped
• 2 slices lemon
• 1 tbsp almond or sunflower butter
• ½–1 tsp cinnamon
• 9 fl. oz. water
• Ice

Instructions:
1. Pour Protein Shake Mix into a blender.
2. Pour in almond milk.
3. Add green apple, spinach, cucumber, celery, lemon, and almond or sunflower butter.
4. Sprinkle in cinnamon.
5. Pour in water and add a handful of ice.
6. Blend to desired consistency.

Very Berry Shake

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
• 10–12 fl. oz. unsweetened almond milk
• Ice

• 1 cup of dark organic cherries
• 17 fl. oz. unsweetened almond milk

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
